Four Stroke Internal combustion Engine

A Quasiturbine could be used as a very efficient Four-stroke (Otto Cycle) Internal combustion Engine:
  • The fuel efficiency of such an engine could be up to 20% greater than an equivalent piston engine.
  • The size and weight of a Quasiturbine Otto Cycle Internal combustion engine could be up to 1/8th that of an equivalent piston engine
  • High efficiency at low duty-cycles
  • Very Low Idle Speeds (as low as __ RPM)
  • Higher dynamic RPM range
  • Lower gear ratios or possible elimination of a gearbox for mobile applications
